A reminder that check-in is from 4 pm and check-out is 10 am. Either from The Base Ski Hire during the winter season or Jindabyne Real Estate over the remainder of the year.

Arrival Instructions
Driving Directions
- Drive west along Kosciuszko Road, through Jindabyne
- Turn left onto The Barry Way and the second round-about
- Drivel approx 4.3km and turn left onto Snowy River Way
- Drive approx 8km and turn left into Chongs road then immediately turn right into gate that will be open
- Follow all the way to the top and back of accommodation which is approximately 1.3km
- Be very cautious when driving in when wet as track can become very slippery especially slow down at each culvert. Be careful not to hit kangaroos, deer and wombats.
- Park in designated parking bay which will be indicated by signs.

- Strictly no smoking.
- No loud parties.
- Please DO NOT approach the caretakers dogs (they may be inside the adjoining property or chained up outside).
- Please DO NOT enter the paddock with Brumbies and be cautious if approaching as they will bite.
- Property is totally off grid so we appreciate your efforts in conserving water use and battery power by having short showers and switching off lights when not in use.
