A reminder that check-in is from 4 pm and check-out is 10 am. Either from The Base Ski Hire during the winter season or Jindabyne Real Estate over the remainder of the year.

Utilities
Fuse Box: No internal fusebox
Meter Box: Located on the left-hand side of the house
Water Mains: Located at front of the property, in the garden courtyard
Gas Bottles: Located on the left-hand side of the house, access from the laundry door deck
Solar: Located underneath the house (behind the drying room door, no guest access)
If you are having repeated issues with circuits tripping they may be overloaded.
Heating and Hot Water
Heating
- Ducted heating throughout
- To use:
- The set temperature is displayed at the top left of the screen
- The current room temperature is displayed top right
- Use the rotary dial to adjust the set temperature as desired.
- To use:
- Ceiling fans in bedrooms and main living areas.
- Fireplace in the main living area – firewood supplied.
We ask that you please turn off heating during the day when not inside the home.

Electric system located in locked storage cupboard under the house – Contact the office if there are any issues 6456 2216

The kitchen is stocked with all the basic amenities such as

- Coffee Machine – pods are provided
Appliances
- Fisher & Paykel double drawer dishwasher
- To use:
- Press the on button on the front of the machine
- Open the drawer for cycle
- Press play.
- To use:
- Westinghouse 5 burner Gas Cooktop
- Standard operation: press and hold the desired knob for hot plates – twist for high/low heat.
- Westinghouse Oven
- Standard operation: use the knobs on the left-hand side for mode and temperature. Use + / – on the screen in the middle for the timer.
TV and Audio
Television/DVD
- Main living, Upstairs living and Main bedroom with LG Smart TV’s with regular channels and access to Netflix and other apps in both living areas and in the main bedroom upstairs.
- Use home button to navigate between channels, apps and inputs.
Please remember to sign yourself out of things such as Netflix on your phone as this cannot be done at the property.

Bathrooms
- The main bathroom upstairs has a bath, separate shower, toilet, and underfloor heating
- Note that the bath is currently unable to be used as a spa
- Second bathroom on main level has shower and separate toilet
- Ensuite on main level has a shower and toilet
- A separate toilet is located downstairs outside the laundry
Laundry
- Bosh Washing Machine
- Standard operation: spin the dial to the desired setting, press the start button
- Artusi Dryer
- Standard operation: spin the dial to the desired dry time and then press start
Dry room
Large storage with racks and shelves for ski and clothes on bottom level.
Drying Room
Large storage with racks and shelves for skis and clothes on bottom level.
Outdoor
The main house has a front grassy yard. At the rear of property there is a deck off laundry and outdoor areas which may be shared with guests in the flat.
Please note the BBQs on the property are not functional
Parking and Accessibility
Parking/Garage (boat/cars)
- 2 carport spaces at the back of the house down a sloped and narrow driveway
- Please note that the carport has a slanted roof, height range from 2.1m – 2.7m
- 2 off-street parking spaces in the front of the house with no height limit
- The outdoor space at rear is reserved for guests of Bogong Bungalow
Stairs for access
- 1 small step into the front door
- 14 stairs to the upper level
- 14 stairs to the lower level
- 6 stairs from the car space to the downstairs laundry entrance
Garbage and Recycling
Garbage
- Collection Friday morning
- Red wheelie bins to be put out by guests
Recycling
- Pick up every 2nd Monday morning
- Yellow wheelie bins to be put out by guests
- Watch the neighbours
If your bins are full prior to collection day, please contact our office on 02 6456 2216.
Please ensure all garbage is taken out to bins provided upon departure to avoid any excess cleaning charges.
