A reminder that check-in is from 4 pm and check-out is 10 am. Either from The Base Ski Hire during the winter season or Jindabyne Real Estate over the remainder of the year.

Please note that this is a regional area and the services can be overloaded and slower during peak times.

Utilities

Fuse Box: Located in the laundry.

Meter Box: Located on the left hand side of main house.

Water Mains: Located at front of the property, in the garden courtyard

Gas Bottles: Located on the left-hand side of the house, access from the laundry door deck

Solar: Located underneath the house (behind the drying room door, no guest access)

If you are having repeated issues with circuits tripping they may be overloaded.

 

Heating and Hot Water

Heating

  • Reverse cycle air conditioner in living area
  • Wall mounted heater in bedroom
  • Wall mounted heater in laundry

We ask that you please turn off heating during the day when not inside the home.

Hot Water

  • Hot water system located in the drying room of Bogong Lakeview. Please call our office on 02 6456 2216 if you feel there are issue with the hot water system.

Amenities

Kitchen

The kitchen is stocked with all the basic amenities such as:

  • Microwave
  • Kettle
  • Toaster

Appliances

  • Simpson Dishwasher
    • Standard operation: use the dial to select the mode, then press the start button
  • Induction Stove Top
    • To use:
      • Hold down the lock/unlock button
      • Cookware must be on element for inductions stove to heat
  • Fisher & Paykel Electric Oven
    • Standard operation: Use the dials on the right-hand side for mode and temperature – use the + / – buttons in the middle for the timer

Television/DVD

  • Samsung TV with regular channels available

Bathroom

  • Toilet with a shower over the bath
    • Note that the spa bath is non-operational

Laundry

  • Fisher & Paykel Washing Machine
    • To use:
      • Press the on button
      • Press desired cycle
      • Adjust water and temperature levels if required
      • Press the start button
  • Simpson Dryer
    • Standard operation: Twist the dial to the desired dry time and shut the door

Drying Room

The laundry is equipped with heater to dry ski gear

 

Entry via deck and yards areas. Please note the house can be booked and other guests may have access.

Please note the BBQ is not functional – please do not use

Parking/Garage (boat/cars)

  • One allocated car space at the back of the property – open space with no height limit
  • Driveway is sloped and narrow, not suitable for boats

Stairs for access

  • 6 stairs from car space to the front door

Garbage

  • Collection every Friday morning
  • Red wheelie bins to be put out by guests

Recycling 

  • Pick up every 2nd Monday morning
  • Yellow wheelie bins to be put out by guests
  • Watch the neighbours for guidance

If your bins are full prior to collection day, please contact our office on 02 6456 2216.

Please ensure all garbage is taken out to bins provided upon departure to avoid any excess cleaning charges.
