A reminder that check-in is from 4 pm and check-out is 10 am. Either from The Base Ski Hire during the winter season or Jindabyne Real Estate over the remainder of the year.

If you are having repeated issues with circuits tripping they may be overloaded.

  • Reverse cycle Air Conditioner in the living area
    • To use: press the power button, set the mode to SUN for heat, and adjust the temperature by using the + and – buttons
  • Mitsubishi Ducted Air Conditioner
    • Control panel located at the top of stairs on right
  • Nobo wall mounted panel heater in downstairs living
  • Nobo wall mounted heater in the drying room

2x Electric hot water systems located under the house accessed via laundry

    • To use:
      • Make sure the oven switch is on – the switch is located on the wall to the right underneath the hanging utensils
      • Turn the dial on the right hand side  to select the function
      • Turn the temperature knob to the desired temperature or MAX for grilling
  • Euromaid  Glass Stove Top
    • Standard operation: use dials to select element and turn for temperature control

  • TCL wall mounted Smart TV with TCL sound bar in main loungeroom
    • Use source to navigate, HDMI, USB, AV and regular channels

  • 12 stairs going down to downstairs
  • 17 stairs from the living area up to the bedrooms

Garbage

  • Collection Friday morning
  • Red wheelie bins need to be placed at the top of the driveway

Recycling

  • Pick up every 2nd Monday morning
  • Yellow wheelie bins need to be placed at the top of the driveway.
  • Watch the neighbours for guidance

If your bins are full prior to collection day, please contact our office on 02 6456 2216.

Please ensure all garbage is taken out to bins provided upon departure to avoid any excess cleaning charges.
