A reminder that check-in is from 4 pm and check-out is 10 am. Either from The Base Ski Hire during the winter season or Jindabyne Real Estate over the remainder of the year.

Please note that this is a regional area and the services can be overloaded and slower during peak times.

Utilities

Fuse Box: Located in the garage on the right-hand side of the wall

Meter Box: Located down left hand side of house

Water Mains: Located left hand side of house in the garden beside the bin enclosure

If you are having repeated issues with circuits tripping they may be overloaded.

Heating and Hot Water

Heating

  • Wood fireplace in the lounge area
    • Wood not provided but can be purchase from service stations/ Woolworths / Mitre 10
  • Reverse cycles in all bedrooms and in the main living area
  • Electric hard wired wall mounted heaters in all bedrooms
    • Red light on = off
    • Press button to start heater on timer
    • Heaters stay on for 3 hour timers
  • Underfloor heating in the kitchen area and bathroom
    • Heating is set at beginning of winter and locked

Electric system located under the house, access via left hand side of property

    • Standard operation: Use dials on the front of the oven for desired element

  • Touch pad located under the wine racks next to microwave

Television/DVD

  • Samsung Smart TV in living room with regular channels, apps such as Netflix, chrome cast, HDMI ports
  • Panasonic Blu-ray player – DVDs included in drawers under TV
  • Xbox – games included
  • To operate:
    • Source button for Tv
    • HDMI 1 for Blu-ray
    • AV for Xbox
    • All labelled once you press source, scroll through on top of the screen

Audio

  • Samsung Sound Bar and Sub
    • Connected to TV via HDMI – use source button on small Samsung remote to connect via AUX and play music

  • Ensuite off master bedroom upstairs, including shower and a toilet
  • The main bathroom downstairs has a bath, shower, toilet and underfloor heating and heated towel rail
  • Separate toilet on entry-level

  • Fisher & Paykel Washing Machine
    • To use:
      • Press the power button
      • Use dial to select cycle
      • Use buttons to select the water level, temperature and spin speed
      • Press start
  • Fisher & Paykel Dryer
    • To use:
      • Press power button
      • Select cycle from range of buttons
      • Select dry time and temperature
      • Press start

  • Ski & Snowboard racks
  • Hangins space for clothes and jackets
  • Space for boots

  • Drying rack for gloves & helmet
  • Exhaust fan
  • Portable column heater
  • Space for bikes

Balcony with lake views, seating and BBQ off lounge room

The BBQ needs to be cleaned after each stay or additional charges may apply.

If you run out of gas during your stay, please call us within business hours and we can provide a replacement. If after hours, please swap it over at Mitre 10 or a service station and we will reimburse you the cost, simply email a receipt to info@jre.net.au and your bank details and we can process the refund.

Parking/Garage (boat/cars)

  • 2 off-street parking spaces marked ‘3’ with no height limit

Stairs to access

  • None to the front door
  • 4 stairs down to the sunken living room
  • 15 wooden stairs up to the master bedroom
  • 15 carpeted stairs to the lower level and then 2 more down to lower level 2

Garbage

  • Collection Friday morning
  • Red wheelie bins will be put out by strata

Recycling collection

  • Pick up every 2nd Monday morning
  • Yellow wheelie bins will be put out by strata

If your bins are full prior to collection day, please contact our office on 02 6456 2216.

Please ensure all garbage is taken out to bins provided upon departure to avoid any excess cleaning charges.
