A reminder that check-in is from 4 pm and check-out is 10 am. Either from The Base Ski Hire during the winter season or Jindabyne Real Estate over the remainder of the year.

Fuse Box: Located downstairs in the hall near the drying room on the left hand side wall

Meter Box: Control panel located in the parking space area to the right hand side of property parking space

Water Mains: In front garden on right of driveway

Gas Bottles: Located down left hand side of building towards the back

If you are having repeated issues with circuits tripping they may be overloaded.

Heating and Hot Water

Heating

  • Rinnai Gas Fireplace
    • To use:
      • Press the on button on the left side of the heater, and you will be able to hear the ignition sparking.
      • The main burner will then ignite
      • Press the same button to turn it off
  • Reverse cycle air conditioner in the living area with remote
  • Nobo wall heaters in all bedrooms

Hot water

  • Electric hot water in the drying room

Laundry

    • To use:
      • Turn the dial to water level
      • Turn the dial to water temperature
      • Turn the dial to cycle
      • Pull the cycle dial out to start

    • Standard operation: Press Power and start  (dryness and temperature settings can be adjusted)

Drying Area

  • Downstairs in the room with the hot water system
  • Hooks on walls for clothes
  • Wall mounted heater

Please note the shared sauna is not operational

BBQ

  • Gas BBQ on the deck

The BBQ needs to be cleaned after each stay or additional charges may apply.

If you run out of gas during your stay, please call us within business hours and we can provide a replacement. If after hours, please swap it over at Mitre 10 or a service station and we will reimburse you the cost, simply email a receipt to info@jre.net.au and your bank details and we can process the refund.

Stairs for access

  • None to the entrance
  • 6 carpeted stairs up to the living/kitchen/dining from entrance
  • 10 carpeted stairs down to bedrooms and bathrooms from entrance

Garbage

  • Collection Friday morning
  • Red wheelie bins will be put out by strata

Recycling

  • Pick up every 2nd Monday morning
  • Yellow wheelie bins will be put out by strata

If your bins are full prior to collection day, please contact our office on 02 6456 2216.

Please ensure all garbage is taken out to bins provided upon departure to avoid any excess cleaning charges.
