A reminder that check-in is from 4 pm and check-out is 10 am. Either from The Base Ski Hire during the winter season or Jindabyne Real Estate over the remainder of the year.

Water Mains: Located in the top yard near street behind fence

Gas Bottles: Located at front of property behind entrance fence

If you are having repeated issues with circuits tripping they may be overloaded.

  • Hisense Smart TV regular channels and streaming apps
    • Remember to sign out of streaming apps
    • Use Home button to navigate
  • Upstairs Lounge: Panasonic TV
    •  Press AV on TV remote (Top Right) and select AV3

 

Bathrooms

  • Main bathrooms has a shower, bath, toilet, vanity, heated towel rail and is combined with laundry
  • Ensuite bathroom has a shower, toilet, vanity and heated towel rail
  • Two way bathroom upstairs has shower over bath, toilet and vanity

  • NEC Washing Machine
    • To use:
      • Press power
      • Press cycle button to select cycle
      • Adjust water temperature and level is required
      • Press Start
  • Fisher & Paykel Dryer
    • Standard operation: Turn dial for desired dry time/heat, close door to start

Small balcony with BBQ 

The BBQ needs to be cleaned after each stay or additional charges may apply.

If you run out of gas during your stay, please call us within business hours and we can provide a replacement. If after hours, please swap it over at Mitre 10 or a service station and we will reimburse you the cost, simply email a receipt to info@jre.net.au and your bank details and we can process the refund.

Driveway Safety – Ice & Snow Conditions

In the event of snow or sleet falling in Jindabyne, please take care on the driveway. For your safety, it is best to park on the street, until driveway is cleared.

A snow shovel is provided both at the bottom of the driveway for Unit No.2

Garbage

  • Collection Friday morning
  • Red wheelie bins to be put out by guest

Recycling

  • Pick up every 2nd Monday morning
  • Yellow wheelie bins to be put out by guest
  • Watch the neighbours for reference

If your bins are full prior to collection day, please contact our office on 02 6456 2216.

Please ensure all garbage is taken out to bins provided upon departure to avoid any excess cleaning charges.
