A reminder that check-in is from 4 pm and check-out is 10 am. Either from The Base Ski Hire during the winter season or Jindabyne Real Estate over the remainder of the year.

Modem located in fuse box cupboard in kitchen

Please note that this is a regional area and the services can be overloaded and slower during peak times.


Fuse Box: Located in the kitchen cupboard to the right of the window.

Meter Box: Located under the entry stairs, access via left of stairs in locked control room.

Water Mains: Mains for the unit are in the main bathroom through the access panel at the end of the bath beside the toilet. Mains for the complex is right hand side of driveway near verge.

If you are having repeated issues with circuits tripping they may be overloaded.

Heating and Hot Water


  • Wood fire
    • Firewood is not supplied, however, it may be purchased at the service stations
  • Fujitsu Reverse Cycle in living area
    • Use only the on/off switch on the remote and temp control buttons
    • In extreme cold conditions, it may take 5-10 minutes to start up
  • Portable electric heaters in bedrooms
  • Electric heater in main bathroom – press in wall button above power point

Hot water

Hot water system is on the balcony near the kitchen window.



The kitchen is stocked with all the basic amenities such as

    • To use:
      • Press the power button
      • Select the cycle
      • Press the start button
  • Westinghouse Electric Oven
    • Standard operation: use dials on left to select the function and temperature, dial on right for timer
  • Westinghouse Electric Glass Stove Top
    • To use:
      • Press and hold lock button until beep
      • Press the on/off button
      • Use +/- buttons for desired element
      • Use +/- buttons in the middle to set a timer
      • Press the on/off buttons again to turn off


  • Panasonic Smart TV with regular channels
    • Opens to Home Screen where you can select TV/HDMI/apps
    • Use Netflix button/apps or home to navigate
  • Samsung Blu-Ray Player
    • To watch DVD:
      • On the TV remote select source (top right corner),
      • Select AV
      • Press power on the DVD remote
      • DVDs included
  • Teac TV/DVD player in bedroom 2
    • DVD use only


  • The main bathroom has a toilet, bath, shower and vanity
  • The ensuite bathroom has a shower and toilet


  • Shared laundry facilities are located in the garage. The access key is the same as the garage and entry door.

      • Use dial on left to select cycle
      • Use dial on right to set water level
      • Set temperature with button
      • Press start
  • Westinghouse Dryer
    • Standard operation: Use dial in the middle to select cycle, press play button to start

Front and side balcony with stunning lake views, BBQ and seating

The BBQ needs to be cleaned after each stay or additional charges may apply.

If you run out of gas during your stay, please call us within business hours and we can provide a replacement. If after hours, please swap it over at Mitre 10 or a service station and we will reimburse you the cost, simply email a receipt to info@jre.net.au and your bank details and we can process the refund.

Parking/Garage (boat/cars)

  • 2 undercover parking spaces height clearance 2.3m
  • Vehicles must park in the spaces with ‘4’ marked
  • Key operated, located on the outside
  • Please only park in the spaces provided

Stairs to access

  • 17 stairs from the garage to the apartment


  • Collection Friday morning
  • Red wheelie bins to be put out by strata


  • Pick up every 2nd Monday morning
  • Yellow wheelie bins to be put out by strata

If your bins are full prior to collection day, please contact our office on 02 6456 2216.

Please ensure all garbage is taken out to bins provided upon departure to avoid any excess cleaning charges.
