A reminder that check-in is from 4 pm and check-out is 10 am. Either from The Base Ski Hire during the winter season or Jindabyne Real Estate over the remainder of the year.

There is no Wi-Fi in this property.



Fuse Box: Located in the kitchen cupboard to the right of the window.

Meter Box: Located under the entry stairs, access via left of stairs in locked control room.

Water Mains: Mains for the unit are in the main bathroom through the access panel at the end of the bath beside the toilet. Mains for the complex is right hand side of driveway near verge.

If you are having repeated issues with circuits tripping they may be overloaded.

    • Firewood is not supplied, however, it may be purchased at the service stations

  • Electric heater in bedroom
  • Heat lamps in bathroom and ensuite

  • The main bathroom has a toilet, bath, shower and vanity
  • The ensuite bathroom has a shower, toilet and vanity


  • Shared laundry facilities are located in the garage. The access key is the same as the garage and entry door.

The BBQ has plumbed in gas.

The BBQ needs to be cleaned after each stay or additional charges may apply.


Parking/Garage (boat/cars)

  • 1 undercover parking spaces height clearance 2.3m
  • 1 allocated outdoor space
  • Vehicles must park in the spaces with ‘2 marked
  • Key operated garage door, located on the outside
  • Please only park in the spaces provided

Stairs to access

  • There are approximately 32 stairs from the garage to the apartment


  • Collection Friday morning
  • Red wheelie bins to be put out by strata


  • Pick up every 2nd Monday morning
  • Yellow wheelie bins to be put out by strata

If your bins are full prior to collection day, please contact our office on 02 6456 2216.

Please ensure all garbage is taken out to bins provided upon departure to avoid any excess cleaning charges.
