A reminder that check-in is from 4 pm and check-out is 10 am. Either from The Base Ski Hire during the winter season or Jindabyne Real Estate over the remainder of the year.

Fuse Box: Located in the garage on the wall next to the internal door

Meter Box: Located on left hand side wall of building / Aspect 1

Water Mains: Located on right hand side of property

Gas Bottles: Located on right hand side of property

If you are having repeated issues with circuits tripping they may be overloaded.

Heating and Hot Water

Heating

  • Rinnai Gas fireplace in living
    • To operate:
      1. Lift flap on the top right-hand corner of the heater
      2. Press on/ off button and the heater will auto ignite.
      3. Use up and down arrows to set temp
      4. Press lock button to lock other buttons, press and hold to unlock
      5. Use clock button to set a timer
  • Column heater in main bedroom
  • Siemens wall mounted heaters in bedrooms 2 & 3
  • Bathrooms have under floor heating
    • Use dial on wall to turn on/off adjust temperature
  • Wall operated ceiling fans in living and kitchen
  • Remote operated ceiling fan in main bedroom

Hot Water

A gas hot water system is located on right hand side of property, access through the gate or from bedroom 2 sliding door.

The kitchen is brand new, renovated in  2024 and is stocked with all the basic amenities such as

      • Open dishwasher to see buttons

    • Standard operation: Use dials to select function, temperature and timer
    • Timer must be on to start oven
  • Milano Gas  Stove Top
    • Standard operation: Press and hold down desired element, twist to the left to ignite

Television/DVD

Living room

  • Samsung wall mounted  TV with regular channels, HDMI and USB ports
    • Use source to navigate
  • Phillips DVD Player
    • Use source button on TVand select AV2
  • Panasonic CD and cassette player with AUX port

Bedroom 1

  • LG TV with regular channels, av, HDMI and USB ports
    • Use input button to navigate
  • Healing set top box
    • Use AV 1 to watch

Bathrooms

  • The main bathroom downstairs has a shower, vanity, toilet, under floor heating and heated towel rail
  • Ensuite upstairs with toilet and a shower over the bath, toilet, vanity, underfloor heating and a heated towel rail

Laundry

  • Hoover washing machine
    • To use:
      • Turn dial to select cycle
      • Use water level and temperature dial if desired
      • Push in main dial to start
  • Simpson Dryer
    • Standard operation: Turn dial to desired dry time, toggle for warm/hot, close door and push button in to start

Drying Room

Large dry rooms located on the right as you walk in the front door with:

  • Hanging racks for clothes
  • Ski racks
  • Wall mounted Siemens heater

Balcony off living area with lake views and small deck/courtyard on ground level off bedroom 2

Parking/Garage (boat/cars)

  • Single garage with 2.1m clearance
  • 1 off-street parking space next to the property

Stairs to access

  • 15 stairs from ground level to second level

Garbage

  • Collection Friday morning
  • Red wheelie bins will be put out by guest

Recycling

  • Pick up every 2nd Monday morning
  • Yellow wheelie bins to be put out by guest
  • Watch the neighbours for reference

If your bins are full prior to collection day, please contact our office on 02 6456 2216.

Please ensure all garbage is taken out to bins provided upon departure to avoid any excess cleaning charges.
