A reminder that check-in is from 4 pm and check-out is 10 am. Either from The Base Ski Hire during the winter season or Jindabyne Real Estate over the remainder of the year.

Utilities
Fuse Box: Located in the garage on the wall next to the internal door.
Meter Box: Located on left hand side wall of building.
Water Mains: Located on left hand side of property.
Gas Bottles: Located on left hand side of property.
If you are having repeated issues with circuits tripping they may be overloaded.
Heating and Hot Water
Heating
- Gas log fireplace in the lounge
- To operate:
- Lift flap on the top right-hand corner of the heater
- There is a thermostat dial that says ‘off’ and ‘pilot’. Above that is a black toggle switch (the ignitor)
- Turn the thermostat dial to pilot and press down. Press and hold the ignitor to the right. You will hear it ticking.
- You may hear a slight change in sound as the pilot flame lights. Sometimes this may take 10 seconds or more.
- When you hear the change, release the ignitor and turn the thermostat to high. You should see the gas flames.
- When the temperature is reached, the flames will cut out. The heater will automatically re-ignite when the temperature falls.
- Please let the flames run for 10 minutes before turning the fan on
- To operate:
- Siemens wall heaters in bedrooms – need to be switched on at the power point, on the heater, and turn the dial
- Underfloor heating in bathrooms

Kitchen
The kitchen is stocked with all the basic amenities such as
- Microwave
- Kettle
- Toaster
- Electric fry pan
- Sandwich press
Appliances
- Atlas Dishwasher
- Standard operation: press on/off, turn the dial to the cycle, and press the start button
- Chef Oven, Grill & Stovetop
- To use the oven: with the left hand, push and hold the oven control knob in and turn it a quarter of the way anti-clockwise. Keep it pushed in and at the same time press the oven ignite button (several times if necessary). It will make a loud ‘crack’ sound as the igniter creates the spark. Keep the knob pressed in for 20 seconds after ignition
- To use the grill: turn the grill control knob to maximum and at the same time, press the grill ignite button (several times if necessary). It will make a loud ‘crack’ sound as the igniter creates a spark
- To use stove top: turn the dial and light with the lighter stored on top of the range hood
- Please note the ignite buttons sometimes get stuck in and just need to be flicked back out.

- The main bathroom downstairs has a shower, toilet, vanity and heated towel rail
- Ensuite upstairs with toilet, a shower over the bath, vanity and heate4r towel rail
- Both bathrooms have underfloor heating

- To use:
- Press the power button
- Turn the dial to the cycle
- Press the start button

Located on the left as you walk in the front door and has hanging space, and heater

Large dry rooms located on the right as you walk in the front door with:
- Hanging racks for clothes
- Ski racks
- Wall mounted heater
Outdoor
Upstairs balcony off living area. Small downstairs courtyard off the second bedroom.

- Single garage with 2.1m clearance
- 1 off-street parking space next to the property
Stairs to access
- 16 stairs from ground level to second level
Garbage and Recycling
Garbage
- Collection Friday morning
- Red wheelie bins will be put out by guest
Recycling
- Pick up every 2nd Monday morning
- Yellow wheelie bins to be put out by guest
- Watch the neighbours for reference
If your bins are full prior to collection day, please contact our office on 02 6456 2216.
Please ensure all garbage is taken out to bins provided upon departure to avoid any excess cleaning charges.
