A reminder that check-in is from 4 pm and check-out is 10 am. Either from The Base Ski Hire during the winter season or Jindabyne Real Estate over the remainder of the year.

Meter Box: Located at the side of the property (can be seen from staircase between parking and front door).
Water Mains:
If you are having repeated issues with circuits tripping they may be overloaded.
Heating and Hot Water
Heating
- Mitsubishi reverse cycle air conditioner in living area
- Electric wall heaters on 8-hour timers in the dining room and all bedrooms
- The light must be OFF for the heater to be on.
- The heater will turn off automatically after 8 hours

Television/DVD
- TCL TV with Fetch Box, USB and HDMI port in the lounge room
- Use Source button to navigate to HDMI 2 for Fetch Box
- FETCH box is required to watch regular channels and streaming Apps
- Turn Fetch Box on with remote
- Will be on regular channels
- Apps button will open other streaming options
- Exit will take you back to regular channels
- Samsung DVD player
- To watch DVD: On the TV remote select source. Select YPbPR.

- To use: Press the power button, select the cycle, select the water temperature, and press the start button

- To use: Turn dial for desired dry time and use the toggle to select light or full load

- The laundry is large enough to dry ski gear and accessed from entrance alcove via a separate door

Outdoor
Outdoor balcony area off living area.
Common grass area for apartments with access to lakefront is downstairs from the entrance.
BBQ
- 4 burner BBQ on the balcony
The BBQ needs to be cleaned after each stay or additional charges may apply.
If you run out of gas during your stay, please call us within business hours and we can provide a replacement. If after hours, please swap it over at Mitre 10 or a service station and we will reimburse you the cost, simply email a receipt to info@jre.net.au and your bank details and we can process the refund.
Parking and Accessibility

- 1 single-car garage – on a slope, low clearance 1.9m
- 1 allocated off-street space near steps down to the property
- Boat parking on the street only
Stairs to access
- 24 concrete stairs from parking space down to the front door
- 1 external stair into the front door
- 7 concrete stairs plus 7 uneven stone steps from entrance down to the common grass area and lakefront
Garbage and Recycling
Garbage
- Collection Friday morning
- Red wheelie bins to be put out by strata
Recycling
- Pick up every 2nd Monday morning
- Yellow wheelie bins to be put out by strata
If your bins are full prior to collection day, please contact our office on 02 6456 2216.
Please ensure all garbage is taken out to bins provided upon departure to avoid any excess cleaning charges.
