A reminder that check-in is from 4 pm and check-out is 10 am. Either from The Base Ski Hire during the winter season or Jindabyne Real Estate over the remainder of the year.

Please note that this is a regional area and the services can be overloaded and slower during peak times.

Utilities

Fuse Box: Located in the garage near the light switch.

Meter Box: Mains board and Telstra box is located on the left hand side of property.

Water Mains: Located on the left hand side of property.

Gas Bottles: A single large gas bottle is located next to the bin enclosure. The gas meter is located next to the garage door.

If you are having repeated issues with circuits tripping they may be overloaded.

Heating and Hot Water

Heating

  • Gas fireplace in the living rooms
    • To use:
      • Press the switches on the left-hand side (left = low, right = medium, both = high)
      • The fireplace should light in approximately 60 seconds
  • Underfloor heating in the upstairs bathroom
  • Hardwired electric Nobo heaters in all bedrooms
  • All heaters in bedrooms are on 4 hours timers and hallway is 6 hour timer
    • Timer buttons are on walls close to heaters – red light must be OFF for heater to turn on

Hot Water

Gas hot water system is located on left hand side of house

Both kitchens are stocked with all the basic amenities such as:

  • Slow cooker
  • Espressooria & Caffitaly pod coffee machine
  • Milk steamer
  • Stick blender

Appliances

  • Dishwashers
    • Standard operation: turn the dial to the preferred program and press play
  • Linea Electric Ovens
    • Standard operation: use dials on the front for temperature, mode and timer
  • Gas 4 burner cooktops
    • Standard operation: press the dial and turn, gas will self-ignite

Television/DVD

  • Hisense TV with USB and HDMI ports in the living rooms
  • Toshiba/Laser DVD player with remote
    • To watch a DVD: press source on the TV remote, and select AV1
  • Celestial TV with inbuilt DVD player with remote in both Queen bedrooms

Audio

  • iCoustic CD player in the lounge

2 Bathrooms each townhouse

  • The bathrooms upstairs has a toilet and a shower.
  • The bathrooms downstairs has a toilet and a bath with a shower over the bath.

Laundry in each townhouse

  • Simpson Washer
    • To use:
      • Press the power button
      • Turn the dial to cycle
      • Turn the dial to the water level
      • Select the water temperature
      • Press the start button
  • Westinghouse Dryer
    • Standard operation: turn the dial to the preferred setting, press start

Drying Area in each townhouse

  • Drying room downstairs near the front door with hanging space and Nobo heater.

Balcony off each units living area and small deck/yard off downstairs queen bedrooms

BBQ

  • 4 burner BBQ located on the balconies

The BBQ needs to be cleaned after each stay or additional charges may apply.

If you run out of gas during your stay, please call us within business hours and we can provide a replacement. If after hours, please swap it over at Mitre 10 or a service station and we will reimburse you the cost, simply email a receipt to info@jre.net.au and your bank details and we can process the refund.

Parking/Garage (boat/cars)

  • Remote control, 2x single car garage, clearance of 2.1m
  • Additional four marked outdoor spaces
  • Possible to park a small boat in off-street parking

Stairs for access 

  • 15 stairs from ground level to upstairs

Garbage

  • Collection Friday morning
  • Red wheelie bins to be put out by guest

Recycling

  • Pick up every 2nd Monday morning
  • Yellow wheelie bins to be put out by guest
  • Watch the neighbours for reference

If your bins are full prior to collection day, please contact our office on 02 6456 2216.

Please ensure all garbage is taken out to bins provided upon departure to avoid any excess cleaning charges.
