A reminder that check-in is from 4 pm and check-out is 10 am. Either from The Base Ski Hire during the winter season or Jindabyne Real Estate over the remainder of the year.

Fuse Box: No internal fuse box.

Meter Box: Located on left hand side of property.

Water Mains: Located in front left hand corner of block.

Gas Bottles: Large bottles shared by the complex are located outside apartment 1 on the corner of Reedys Cutting Road.

If you are having repeated issues with circuits tripping they may be overloaded.

Heating and Hot Water

Heating

  • Rinnai Gas Fireplace
    • On 2-hour timers
    • To use:
      • Press the button on the wall
      • Red light on means heater is off
      • Open flap on back right of heater
      • Turn switch on and use the left hand side button to ignite /low
      • Use 3 buttons for low/medium/high
  •  Electric hardwired column heaters in bedrooms and dry room
    • On timers and will operate between 5pm and 7am

Hot water

A gas hot water system located down left hand side of property

    • Timer does not have to be on
  • Electric Linea Stove Top
    • Standard operation: use dials for desired element

  • Viano TV with HDMI and USB ports and Fetch box
    • use HDMI 2 to watch fetch
    • use AV button to navigate inputs
    • use menu button on fetch remote to navigate channels

    • To watch DVD: on TV remote select source, and select AV

Bathrooms

  • The main bathroom is a 3 way bathroom
    • Shower over spa bath
    • Separate toilet
    • Separate vanity/wash area
  • Ensuite off the main bedroom has shower, toilet and vanity

Laundry

    • To use:
      • Press power button
      • Use mode button to select cycle
      • Adjust water level, rinse and temperature if desired
      • Press start
  • Westinghouse Dryer
    • Standard operation: use dial to select cycle, toggle for warm/hot, close door and press button in to start

Drying Room / Storage

  • Drying cupboard at bottom of stairs with heater and hanging space
  • Ski racks at entrance

Front balcony with seating, BBQ and mountain views. 

The BBQ needs to be cleaned after each stay or additional charges may apply.

If you run out of gas during your stay, please call us within business hours and we can provide a replacement. If after hours, please swap it over at Mitre 10 or a service station and we will reimburse you the cost, simply email a receipt to info@jre.net.au and your bank details and we can process the refund.

Parking/Garage (boat/cars)

  • Double garage with height clearance 2.3m clearance
  • 2 off-street parking
  • Room for boats in driveway

Stairs to access

  • None to the entrance of the property
  • 9 stairs to the main level
  • 7 stairs up to the living and dining area

Garbage

  • Collection Friday morning
  • Red wheelie bins to be put out by guest

Recycling

  • Pick up every 2nd Monday morning
  • Yellow wheelie bins to be put out by guest
  • Watch the neighbours for reference

If your bins are full prior to collection day, please contact our office on 02 6456 2216.

Please ensure all garbage is taken out to bins provided upon departure to avoid any excess cleaning charges.
