A reminder that check-in is from 4 pm and check-out is 10 am. Either from The Base Ski Hire during the winter season or Jindabyne Real Estate over the remainder of the year.

Fuse Box: No internal fuse box

Meter Box: Located down the right-hand side of the townhouse, outside in front of the gate (up 7 stairs)

Water Mains: Located in the center of the lawn between the garden and the letterbox

Gas Bottles: Large bottles shared by complex are located outside of unit 1 on the corner of Reedys Cutting Road

If you are having repeated issues with circuits tripping they may be overloaded.

  • Reverse cycle air conditioner in the living room
  • Reverse cycle air conditioners in all bedrooms
  • Ceiling fan in bedroom 2

Hot Water

Gas hot water is located on the right-hand side of the house at the rear – access through side gate or from laundry into back yard

      • Use up and down arrows to adjust temperature
      • Press Ok to start
      • Select clock and use up and down arrows to adjust timer if required
      • Timer not required to start
  • Miele Touch Screen Glass Hot Plates
    • To use:
      • Touch and hold the lock button to unlock
      • Press the power button
      • Select desired elements by pressing the 0
      • Then use numbers to adjust temperature

    • Use home button to navigate

  • The main bathroom is a 3 way bathroom
    • Shower over bath (spa not operational)
    • Separate toilet
    • Separate vanity/wash area
  • Ensuite off the main bedroom has shower, toilet, vanity and heated towel rail

    • Standard operation: press on/off button, turn the dial to select the cycle and press start

  • Drying cupboard at bottom of stairs with heater and hanging space for clothing and space for boots

  • Collection Friday morning
  • Red wheelie bins to be put out by guest

Recycling

  • Pick up every 2nd Monday morning
  • Yellow wheelie bins to be put out by guest
  • Watch the neighbours for reference

If your bins are full prior to collection day, please contact our office on 02 6456 2216.

Please ensure all garbage is taken out to bins provided upon departure to avoid any excess cleaning charges.
