Appliances

• Westinghouse Dishwasher
  • To use: Select the power button, then select the program (recommended to use ‘Time Saver’), then press start.
• Westinghouse Electric Oven
  • The oven will not work if the clock is not programmed
    • If flashing 12:00, press the clock button then use the – + buttons to set the current time, and then press the clock button again.
  • To use:
    • Use the function knob to select the oven function
    • Use the Oven/Grill knob to select the desired temperature
    • Timer does not have to be on to start
• Westinghouse Electric Glass Stove Top
  • Ensure switch to the left hand side of stovetop is on
  • Standard operation: Use dials for desired element

Television/DVD

• Samsung Smart TV in living room with regular channels, streaming apps, USB and HDMI ports
  • Use home to navigate
• Sony wall mounted smart TV in bedroom 1 with regular channels, USB, HDMI and AV ports
  • Use input button to navigate

Bathrooms

• Main bathrooms has a shower, toilet, vanity, and heated towel rail
• Second bathroom has a shower, toilet, vanity, and heated towel rail

Laundry

• Please ensure that the exhaust fan is turned on when the clothes dryer is in use
• Bosch Washing Machine
  • Standard operation: Turn dial to select cycle, use buttons to adjust temperature if required, then press the start button.
• Bosch Clothes Dryer
  • Standard operation: Turn the dial to select dry cycle, press the start button.
  • If Bosch heat pump dryer if does not work empty the water collection draw (top left)

• External drying room is located in the roller door off from the carport, no need to lug skis through the house – you can go straight from the car to the dry room!
  • Ensure key is removed from lock before opening door
  • This can fit bikes in the summer for secure storage
• Internal drying room inside for clothes
  • Nobo wall mounted heater and dehumidifier
  • If dehumidifier does not work, empty water collection reservoir.

Fenced in yard with fire pit. Large rear deck with BBQ.

• BBQ is wood fuel and wood is located down the back near the fire pit.
• The BBQ needs to be cleaned after each stay or additional charges may apply.

We ask that you please use wood respectfully.

Parking/Garage (boat/cars)

• Double carport with 2.4m height clearance
• Room for up to 2 vehicles or boat in driveway
• Additional space is available in the rear garden for boat storage
• Please do not park on the grass!

Stairs to access

• 2 external stairs to the front door
• 3 external stairs to the side entry from carport
• Property all across one level
• The back deck has 10 stairs down the rear garden. The rear garden can also be accessed via the side gate and concrete path which has no steps.

Garbage

• Collection Friday morning
• Red wheelie bins to be put out by guest

Recycling

• Pick up every 2nd Monday morning
• Yellow wheelie bins to be put out by guest
• Watch the neighbours for reference

If your bins are full prior to collection day, please contact our office on 02 6456 2216.

Please ensure all garbage is taken out to bins provided upon departure to avoid any excess cleaning charges.
