A reminder that check-in is from 4 pm and check-out is 10 am. Either from The Base Ski Hire during the winter season or Jindabyne Real Estate over the remainder of the year.

Fuse Box: No internal fuse box
Meter Box: Located on the right-hand side of the building near the front door
Water Mains: Located left side of 43A driveway, near mailbox (mains for both 43A & 43B)
Gas Bottles: Located on the right-hand side of the building
If you are having repeated issues with circuits tripping they may be overloaded
Heating and Hot Water
Heating
- Wood Fireplace in the lounge – wood not supplied.

- Control located in the living area on right hand wall, to left of stairs
- The switches work like a light switch i.e. DOWN is ON and UP is OFF
- The LEFT switch operates the Kitchen and the Bedroom Downstairs
- The RIGHT switch operates upstairs
- To use:
- Press the power button
- Arrow across then up and down to change temperature
- Arrow across then up and down to change fan speed
- Drying room has electric heater on 60minute timer

- Gas instantaneous hot water located on side of building

- Standard operation for use – hold dials in to ignite and turn to adjust heat

- Ensure that the oven is turned on at switch located on the wall to the right of the stove
- Turn the dial to the setting, and then turn the dial to the temperature
- For timer, use panel under oven clock press +- to adjust time

If your bins are full prior to collection day, please contact our office on 02 6456 2216.
Please ensure all garbage is taken out to bins provided upon departure to avoid any excess cleaning charges.
