A reminder that check-in is from 4 pm and check-out is 10 am. Either from The Base Ski Hire during the winter season or Jindabyne Real Estate over the remainder of the year.

    • To use:
      • Press Power button
      • Turn dial to desired cycle
      • Press Start
  • Valencia Electric Oven
    • To use:
      • Turn the dial to the setting, and then turn the dial to the temperature
      • Turn centre dial for timer
      • Timer must be on for it to start
  • Valencia Gas Stove Top
    • Standard operation for use: hold dials in to ignite and turn to adjust heat

Television/DVD

  • Hisense smart TV with regular channels and streaming apps.
    • Remember to sign out of your streaming apps

Bathrooms

  • The main upstairs bathroom has a bath, shower, vanity and toilet
  • Ensuite with shower, vanity and toilet
  • Extra toilet with vanity on downstairs living level

Laundry

  • Whirlpool Washing Machine
    • To use:
      • Turn dial to on
      • Adjust water temperature and level
      • Adjust spin, temperature and settings as desired via buttons
      • Press the start button.
  • Teco Dryer
    • Located in garage
    • To use:
      • Press On/Off button
      • Press Program to select desired cycle and dryness level
      • Press Start

Outdoor entertaining area with firepit, BBQ, Spa bath and grassy terrace.

Please ensure you keep the spa covered when not in use and supervise children at all times.

The BBQ needs to be cleaned after each stay or additional charges may apply.

If you run out of gas during your stay, please call us within business hours and we can provide a replacement. If after hours, please swap it over at Mitre 10 or a service station and we will reimburse you the cost, simply email a receipt to info@jre.net.au and your bank details and we can process the refund.

Parking/Garage (boat/cars)

  • Single garage with standard height clearance
  • One off street parking space
  • Room in driveway to park third car if required

Stairs for access

  • Stairs from lower level to upper level

 

Garbage

  • Collection Friday morning
  • Red wheelie bins for general garbage

Recycling

  • Pick up every 2nd Monday morning
  • Yellow wheelie bins for recycling

If your bins are full prior to collection day, please contact our office on 02 6456 2216.

Please ensure all garbage is taken out to bins provided upon departure to avoid any excess cleaning charges.

Please ensure you keep the spa covered when not in use and supervise children at all times.

On/Off switch is located on the corner of the house near the spa.

Note: We do not have any techs in Jindabyne that specifically service spas, if something goes wrong we may not able to fix immediately for your stay.

Troubleshooting:

  • If temperature does not go up, it may of been put into Eco ‘Ec” mode
  • To get back to standard mode, press temp button then light button – it will go into SL which is sleep mode
  •  Then repeat and it should go into ST mode which is standard mode and the heating light will come on
