A reminder that check-in is from 4 pm and check-out is 10 am. Either from The Base Ski Hire during the winter season or Jindabyne Real Estate over the remainder of the year.

Utilities

Fuse Box: Located on the wall at the entry, under the reverse cycle

Meter Box: Located at the right hand side of property

Water Mains: Located to the left of the driveway, close to the road

Gas Bottles: Located on the right hand side of property

If you are having repeated issues with circuits tripping they may be overloaded.

Heating and Hot Water

Heating

  • Mitsubishi reverse cycle in the living room

Hot water

A gas hot water system is located at the back of the property, best access is from the laundry door.

Kitchen

The kitchen is stocked with all the basic amenities such as

  • Kettle
  • Microwave
  • Toaster
  • Coffee press

Appliances

  • Esatto Dishwasher
    • Standard operation: press on/off, use P to select the wash program and press start
  • Chef Oven
    • Standard operation for oven: Turn dials for function, grill and temperature
    • Use alarm button and +/- buttons with display screen to set timer
  • Chef Gas Stovetop
    • Standard operation: Press down the dial of desired element and it will self ignite. Turn to adjust flame

Television/DVD

  • Samsung TV with regular channels, USB and HDMI ports
    • Use source button or TV/DTV button to navigate
    • Lennox DVD player with remote

 

Bathrooms

  • Main bathroom with shower, vanity and toilet

 

Laundry

  • Whirlpool Washing Machine
    • To use:
      • Turn dial to select wash cycle
      • Use buttons on the right for pre-wash, start delay or rinse hold if desired
      • Press start button
  • Simpson Dryer
    • To use:
      • Turn dial to select dry time
      • Use toggle to select warm or hot mode
      • Press in button and close door to start

The front deck has seating and views of the mountains and the lake.

  • The backyard offers a grassy lawn with clothes line and may be shared with guests on the main house.
  • Please note the BBQ and rear deck is for guests of the house only.
  • Please note the cubby house  and swing set are not to be used by guests.

Parking/Garage (boat/cars)

  • Two off street parking spaces at the middle of the driveway to the right hand side
  • Please ensure you do not block the driveway access for the house

Stairs to access

  • 3 steps from the front yard to the entry door
  • Flat access from driveway

Garbage

  • Garbage bins are located at the back of the property, to the left hand side of the driveway
  • Collection Tuesday morning
  • Red wheelie bins to be put out by guests

Recycling

  • Pick up every 2nd Tuesday morning
  • Yellow wheelie bins to be put out by guests
  • Watch the neighbours for reference

If your bins are full prior to collection day, please contact our office on 02 6456 2216.

Please ensure all garbage is taken out to bins provided upon departure to avoid any excess cleaning charges.
