A reminder that check-in is from 4 pm and check-out is 10 am. Either from The Base Ski Hire during the winter season or Jindabyne Real Estate over the remainder of the year.

Utilities

Fuse Box: Located in the garage

Meter Box : Located on the left hand side of the building, near the front

Water Main: Located on the right-hand side of the garden near the road

Gas Bottles: Located on the right-hand side of the house

If you are having repeated issues with circuits tripping they may be overloaded.

Heating and Hot Water

Heating

  • The living area, bedroom 1 and bedroom 2 have ducted air con each with a control on the wall
    • To use: POWER to turn on and use +/- to adjust temperature
  • Bedroom 3 has reverse cycle air conditioning with remote
    • To use: Standard on/off and set temperature on remote
  • All bathrooms have heated flooring
    • To use: press the on button and set the temperature
  • The flat has a reverse cycle air conditioner

Hot water

Rinnai gas hot water system is located on the right-hand side of the house

The main kitchen is stocked with all the basic amenities such as

Appliances

  • Belissimo Dishwasher
    • To use:
      • Press the power button
      • Press P (to select program)
      • Press play button
  • Belissimo Gas Stove Top
    • Standard operation: Press in dial for desired element and turn for heat control
  • Belissimo Oven
    • Wall switch needs to be on for oven to operate
    • To use:
      • Turn dial for function
      • Turn dial for temperature

 

The flat kitchen is stocked with all the basic amenities such as

  • Microwave
  • Kettle
  • Toaster
  • Air Fryer
  • Electric single Tefal hot plate

Television/DVD Player

  • TLC Smart TV
    • To use: Home button (image of a house) brings you to the main screen
    • From here you can use directional buttons or aim and point the remote at the TV\
    • This screen lets you go to APPS (Netflix – account name ‘Jugungal Cabin’/youtube/Stan) TV, HMDI/MEDIA

Bathrooms

  • Main bathroom has shower, toilet, double sink vanity
  • Ensuite has shower, toilet, vanity
  • Downstairs flat has shower, toilet and vanity
  • All bathrooms have heated flooring
    • To set, press the on button and set the temperature

Laundry

  • Bosch Washer & Dryer
    • Standard operation: Turn to the select cycle and press the start button

Balcony with BBQ

  • Weber BBQ on the balcony.
    • To use: ensure the gas bottle is on, turn the dial to ignite, and press the red ignite button. Adjust the dial as desired.

The BBQ needs to be cleaned after each stay or additional charges may apply.

If you run out of gas during your stay, please call us within business hours and we can provide a replacement. If after hours, please swap it over at Mitre 10 or a service station and we will reimburse you the cost, simply email a receipt to info@jre.net.au and your bank details and we can process the refund.

Parking/Garage (boat/cars)

  • Double garage height clearance: 2.1M
  • Limited on-street parking available

Stairs to access

  • 5 stairs down from street to main door
  • Access from the garage to the front of the house is via the driveway on an incline. Wet and cold conditions may make the driveway slippery.
  • 15 stairs from the main level down to the flat/garage

Garbage

  • Located at the rear of the house
  • Collection every Friday morning
  • Red wheelie bins will be put out by guest

Recycling 

  • Pick up every 2nd Monday morning
  • Yellow wheelie bins will be put out by guest
  • Watch the neighbours for guidance

If your bins are full prior to collection day, please contact our office on 02 6456 2216.

Please ensure all garbage is taken out to bins provided upon departure to avoid any excess cleaning charges.
