A reminder that check-in is from 4 pm and check-out is 10 am. Either from The Base Ski Hire during the winter season or Jindabyne Real Estate over the remainder of the year.

Fuse Box: Located at the top of the entry stairway on the right wall of the Nook
Meter Box : Located on external wall on the right-hand side of the garage by bins
Water Mains: Located at the front of the property to the right-hand side of the mailbox
Gas Bottles: Located on the left-hand side of the house
How to change over a gas bottle:
-
- Turn the empty gas cylinder valve clockwise to CLOSE the valve
- Move the changeover valve lever to point towards the second gas Cylinder. This will hopefully be full if gas was ordered on the previous changeover. If not, call ASAP.
- Open the valve on the full gas cylinder by turning it anti-clockwise
If you are having repeated issues with circuits tripping they may be overloaded.
Heating and Hot Water

- Regency Gas fireplace in living room
- To use:
- On/off controls are on the remote
- Fireplace will auto ignite
- Use +/- buttons to control temperature
- Use fan button for fan speed

Gas hot water systems located on either side of house
Rinnai temperature control in bedroom 1 ensuite and the bathroom with shower only

The BBQ needs to be cleaned after each stay or additional charges may apply.
If you run out of gas during your stay, please call us within business hours and we can provide a replacement. If after hours, please swap it over at Mitre 10 or a service station and we will reimburse you the cost, simply email a receipt to info@jre.net.au and your bank details and we can process the refund.
Parking and Accessibility
Parking/Garage (boat/cars)
- Double garage – garage remote located inside the front door, remote to stay at the property
- Space for a car/boat in sloped driveway (please do not block the foot path)
Stairs to access
- 17 stairs from entry up to the house
- 2 stairs to enter front door from street or 1 from garage to entry
- 5 external stairs up to the rear entry to the house
Garbage and Recycling

- Collection Friday morning
- Red wheelie bins to be put out by guests
Recycling
- Pick up every 2nd Monday morning
- Yellow wheelie bins to be put out by guests
- Watch the neighbours for guidance
If your bins are full prior to collection day, please contact our office on 02 6456 2216.
Please ensure all garbage is taken out to bins provided upon departure to avoid any excess cleaning charges.
