A reminder that check-in is from 4 pm and check-out is 10 am. Either from The Base Ski Hire during the winter season or Jindabyne Real Estate over the remainder of the year.

Utilities

Fuse Box: Located at the entry next to the door. Additional fuse box in main bedroom, power and lights only.

Meter Box: Located at the front of the house.

Water Mains: Located to the right hand side of the property behind the green electrical box

Gas Bottles: Located in the front courtyard off the main bedroom. Can be accessed from the gate at the front.

Gas Hot Water system: Located on front of house

If you are having repeated issues with circuits tripping they may be overloaded.

Heating and Hot Water

Heating

  • Wood Fireplace
    • Use the lever in the top right corner to open/close the vent
    • The fan control knob is on the bottom right of the base
    • Firewood is included ion your stay and is located on the right hand side of the house
    • Please use respectively and if is running low, please contact Accommodation Jindabyne
  • Fujitsu Reverse cycle Air Conditioner in kitchen/dining.
  • Column heater in bedrooms 1 and 4
  • Wall mounted heater bedroom 2 and 3

  • Samsung 55” smart TV with regular channels, HDMI and apps
    • Use home button or source to navigate apps and live TV and HDMI
  • Sonos speaker in living room

The kitchen is stocked with all the basic amenities such as:

  • Soda stream
  • Breville grill press
  • Hand mixer
  • Blender

Appliances

  • Bosch Dishwasher
    • Standard operation: Use on/ off button, dial to select mode, press start
    • Place the tablet in the cutlery basket.
  • Bosch Glass Stove Top
    • To use:
      • Press and hold lock/unlock button.
      • Press on button.
      • Press O for desired element and use +/- buttons to control temperature 0 = off 9= hot
      • Does not need pans on to heat
  • Euro Oven
    • To use:
      • Use dials for temperature, function and timer
      • Timer must be on for oven to heat

2 Bathrooms

  • Main bathroom with bath, vanity and shower.
  • Separate toilet
  • Ensuite in main bedroom with walk-in shower, toilet & vanity

Laundry

  • Esatto Top Loader Washing Machine
    • To use:
      • Press on/ off button
      • Use program button to select cycle
      • Use temperature and water level buttons to adjust
      • Press start
  • Stirling Dryer
    • To use:
      • Use dial to set timer, red section is for heat dry, blue dotted section for air dry, blue waved section is cool down. Use button on the right for high/ low heat and press start.
    • Please do not overload the dryer

Drying Area

  • Located inside the garage
    • both doors locked – did not have key

Fully fenced backyard with clothes line, undercover patio, seating and Jumbuck 4 burner BBQ. Lake and mountain glimpses through neighbouring homes and trees.

The BBQ needs to be cleaned after each stay or additional charges may apply.

If you run out of gas during your stay, please call us within business hours and we can provide a replacement. If after hours, please swap it over at Mitre 10 or a service station and we will reimburse you the cost, simply email a receipt to info@jre.net.au and your bank details and we can process the refund.

Parking/Garage (boats/cars)

  • 1 undercover carport with 2.2m clearance
  • Room for additional car or boat in driveway

Stairs to access

  • No stairs to the front entrance of the property
  • 4 stairs from the dining room to the main bedroom

Garbage:

  • Collection Friday morning.
  • Red wheelie bins will be put out by guests.

Recycling Collection:

  • Pick up every 2nd Monday morning.
  • Yellow wheelie bins will be put out by guests.
  • Watch the neighbours for guidance.

If your bins are full prior to collection day, please contact our office on 02 6456 2216.

Please ensure all garbage is taken out to bins provided upon departure to avoid any excess cleaning charges.
