A reminder that check-in is from 4 pm and check-out is 10 am. Either from The Base Ski Hire during the winter season or Jindabyne Real Estate over the remainder of the year.

Fuse Box: Located in the garage

Meter Box: Located in the back wall of the house, behind the gas tanks on Abbott Street

Water Main:

Gas Bottles: Located on side of house on Abbott Street – please note 2 bottle are connected to this house and 2 to the back house

If you are having repeated issues with circuits tripping they may be overloaded.

Heating and Hot Water

Heating

  • Ducted air conditioning throughout
    • Individually controlled
    • Use middle button to turn on/off
    • Please press right hand side button for ENERGY SAVING MODE
  • Gas fireplace in living room
    • Use remote control to operate
    • Remote needs to be charged and there is a labeled charger in the property
  • Heated towel rails and underfloor heating in all bathrooms

Hot water

Instantaneous gas hot water.

It takes a min or two for the hot water to come first time round in the morning and afternoon when not in use. There is a separate gas hot water burner for the unit and house.

The main kitchen is stocked with all the basic amenities such as

    • To use:
      • Press power button
      • Touchscreen to select cycle
      • Press start

    • To use:

      • Touchscreen to select function – use Home to navigate
      • Scroll up and down to select function and move finger around to increase/decrease heat
      • Press start/stop
      • Hold and press key button for child lock
  • Bosch Induction Stove Top
    • To use:
      • Ensure RANGE switch is on, on the left hand side of the cook top
      • Touch screen
      • Press power button to light up all areas
      • Select section to heat and use buttons on the bottom row to desired heat
      • Use PowerBoost button to heat quickly to the highest setting

  • Samsung Smart TV – use home to navigate between Live TV and streaming APPS

Bedroom TV’s

  • Hisense Smart Tv’s – use home to navigate between Live TV and streaming APPS

  • Ensuite with rain shower head and detachable shower head, underfloor heating, heated towel rails, toilet and vanity

      • Use dial to select cycle
      • Use buttons to adjust temperature and spin speed if required

    • To use:
      • Press power button
      • Use buttons to select desired setting and adjust temperature if desired
      • Press start

DRYING ROOM

Boot racks and a wall mounted heater in the shared laundry area.

  • Rinnai heater
    • Use switch on the wall above light switches to start
    • Use buttons on top right of machine to adjust temperature

 

Gas BBQ on Balcony connected to natural gas.

The BBQ needs to be cleaned after each stay or additional charges may be present.

Parking/Garage (boat/cars)

  • Double garage plus 2 additional parking spaces on the driveway
  • EV charge in the garage
    • EV charger is 10kw charger and just plug and charge. To unplug, eject from the car.
  • Ski Racks along wall

Stairs to access:

Approx. 14 stairs from ground level to upstairs.

Garbage

  • Collection every Friday morning
  • Red wheelie bins will be put out by guest

Recycling 

  • Pick up every 2nd Monday morning
  • Yellow wheelie bins will be put out by guest
  • Watch the neighbours for guidance

If your bins are full prior to collection day, please contact our office on 02 6456 2216.

Please ensure all garbage is taken out to bins provided upon departure to avoid any excess cleaning charges.
