A reminder that check-in is from 4 pm and check-out is 10 am. Either from The Base Ski Hire during the winter season or Jindabyne Real Estate over the remainder of the year.

MAIN HOUSE

Fuse Box: Located in entry way, at the bottom of the stairs

Meter Box: Located at the right hand side of property

Water Mains: Located to the left of the driveway, close to the road

Gas Bottles: Located at the top of the driveway to the left hand side of the garage door

UNIT

Fuse Box: Located on the wall at the entry, under the reverse cycle

Meter Box: Located at the right hand side of property

Water Mains: Located to the left of the driveway, close to the road

Gas Bottles: Located on the right hand side of property

 

If you are having repeated issues with circuits tripping they may be overloaded.

Heating and Hot Water

Heating

  • Siemens Central heating throughout the main house
    • Control panel located on the wall in the hallway, between the kitchen and living area
    • Heating is set to so we ask you please do not touch control panel
  • Drying room has electric heater on 4 hour timer
  • Mitsubishi reverse cycle in the living room of the unit

 

Hot water

  • House: Electric hot water tank with 400L capacity, the system heat the whole tank over a few hours so be mindful of long showers
  • Unit: A gas hot water system is located at the back of the property, best access is from the laundry door.

  • The kitchen is stocked with all the basic amenities such as

    • Breville pod coffee machine with milk frothier

    • Miele Dishwasher
      • To use: press on/off, select the wash program and press start
    • Electrolux Oven
      • Standard operation for oven: Turn dials for function and temperature
      • Use alarm button and +/- buttons with display screen to set timer
    • Electrolux Gas Stovetop
      • Standard operation for stove top: Press down the dial of desired element and it will self ignite. Turn to adjust flame

The kitchen is stocked with all the basic amenities such as

    • Fetch box to watch regular channels – use HMDI 1
  • Sonos sound bar connected to TV
  • Sonos speakers located throughout living/dining/kitchen also connected to the TV  for surround sound

Unit

  • Samsung TV with regular channels, USB and HDMI ports
    • Use source button or TV/DTV button to navigate
    • Lennox DVD player with remote

Bathrooms

  • Upstairs main bathroom has a bath, a shower, a double vanity and a toilet
  • Bedroom 1 has an ensuite with shower, vanity and a toilet
  • Bedroom 4 & 5 have a Jack & Jill bathroom with a shower, vanity and toilet
  • Unit bathroom with shower, vanity and toilet

Laundry in House

  • Electrolux Washing Machine
    • To use: use dial to select wash cycle, press start button
  • Simpson Dryer
    • To use: use dial to select dry time, use toggle to select warm or hot mode, press in button and close door to start

Laundry in Unit

  • Whirlpool Washing Machine
    • To use:
      • Turn dial to select wash cycle
      • Use buttons on the right for pre-wash, start delay or rinse hold if desired
      • Press start button
  • Simpson Dryer
    • To use:
      • Turn dial to select dry time
      • Use toggle to select warm or hot mode
      • Press in button and close door to start

Drying Room

  • There is a carpets drying/storage are in the garage for skis, bikes, and clothes
  • Heater on 4 hour timer

Outdoor entertaining area with BBQ located on back pergola. The backyard offers a grassy lawn with clothes line.

Front patio with seating in front of the unit.

Please note the cubby house  and swing set are not to be used by guests.

The BBQ needs to be cleaned after each stay or additional charges may be present.

If you run out of gas during your stay, please call us within business hours and we can provide a replacement. If after hours, please swap it over at Mitre 10 or a service station and we will reimburse you the cost, simply email a receipt to info@jre.net.au and your bank details and we can process the refund.

Parking/Garage (boat/cars)

  • One parking space in the garage with a height clearance of
  • Two off street parking spaces at the top of the driveway
  • Pebble car parking spaces for 2 cars in the middle of the driveway are for the unit

Stairs to access

  • Garbage
    • Garbage bins are located at the back of the property, to the left hand side of the driveway
    • Collection Tuesday morning
    • Red wheelie bins to be put out by guests

    Recycling

    • Pick up every 2nd Tuesday morning
    • Yellow wheelie bins to be put out by guests
    • Watch the neighbours for reference

    If your bins are full prior to collection day, please contact our office on 02 6456 2216.

    Please ensure all garbage is taken out to bins provided upon departure to avoid any excess cleaning charges.
