Description
This simple modern style house features a spacious open plan kitchen, dining and living. The main bedroom features a queen size bed, built in wardrobes and an ensuite bathroom. Another room features a double size bed with built in wardrobes. The final bedroom has a single bunk bed and single bed with built in wardrobes.
Down the hall is the main bathroom and separate laundry room that can double as a drying room with a boot dryer. The outside deck has a BBQ and overlooks a spacious yard, ideal for a small family. Free Wi-Fi and chrome cast connected to the living room TV makes it easier to sit back and watch your favourite shows, projected straight from your own device. There is a electric heating n all rooms and a gas heater in the main living area.
Outside there is off street parking for up to 3 cars and even the boat.

Comfortable cosy home away from home
Joyce Li - 22nd September 2022Very cosy 3-bedder with thoughtful layout. Comfortable double beds with thick mattresses and extra fleece throws provided. Clean bathrooms. Board/card games/puzzles to entertain kids. Thoughtfully installed racks in laundry to dry ski/gloves/snow boards. Kitchen is fully equipped except for essentials like milk, salt and pepper. Next renter needs to buy their own milk, salt and pepper, dishwashing tablets prior to arrival. The mattress in the lower bunk bed needs replacing due to wear and tear.

Short stay
Bridget Bull - 16th March 2022Mostly as expected. I received too many messages detailing when we had to leave and instructions on leaving the place tidy. I understand people don’t leave places clean and tidy but these instructions were bordering on insulting for those of us that do.

Perfect location, the kitchen was complete with cooking essentials, each bedroom has a heater. My friends liked the place too
