Great location

Great location. Easy key pick up. Early check in was much appreciated. Cleaners need to clean the windows and veranda. I had to sweep it on arrival and pick up multiple cigarette butts. Also a vacuum in the cleaning cupboard is needed. Was hard to keep the carpet clean.

We would like to bring to your attention the cleanliness particularly in the bedroom where dust was still sitting on the head of the bedside. We have photos if needed. Also the broom kept in the bathroom was very dusty to clean surfaces. The drawers in the living room was filled with stuff like hooks and screws of some attachments.

Disappointing Stay

Upon arrival we instantly noticed that the room was not cleaned well at all. The smell was disgusting. The bathroom shower curtain was covered in mould and the walls were covered in a thick layer of grim. There was a utilities cupboard within the bathroom, which had large dust balls all over the floor. The property description on the website says 'bedroom'. It is not a bedroom. There is a curtain to seperate the bed from the hallway. There were marks all over the walls in the living room.

The unit is well situated with a great view. Associated amenities are excellent. The unit itself is comfortable but is not very clean and is in need of some maintenance such as holes in the dividing wall and the grout in the shower needs either a good clean or replacement.

Very uncomfortable sofa bed mattress, had to fold doonas on top to be able to sleep on it, the springs were so hard.. Bathroom dirty, dusty bedroom, old doonas with stains. Stingy on soap, etc, half a toilet roll, three dishwasher tablets for four nights. Only one towel each for the entire stay. Only 4 mugs for tea, etc.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review, the sofa bed is brand new and only been in the property for a number of weeks so we are surprised to hear that is uncomfortable. Our cleaners leave a starter pack which is outlined in your booking confirmations but we are working on ways to be able to provide our guests additional amenities so we appreciate your feedback.

Needs updating and cleaning. Very dated unit

The carpet and couch are in desperate need of cleaning or possible replacing. On arrival, the unit had not been properly cleaned. The balcony and surrounds had not been cleaned for months. Bed needs updating. We have spoken to Accommodation Jindabyne about these issues. They responded to our concerns immediately and said they will follow up.
