Poorly Maintained

On arrival we found the overall appearance of the property grotty, dead plants & cobwebs greeted us at the front door, in fact the property was riddled with spiders. several times they dropped from the ceiling on us whilst we were in bed! Carpets were badly stained & looked dirty overall. Floors were sticky to walk on & you could see the dirt on the soles of our slippers after our visit. The fridge wasn't clean, the oven was filthy & smoked us out! A good overhaul is needed here.

Great location but lacking basic amenities
