Description

Boronia 6 is a freestanding split level townhouse located in Nettin Circuit for ease of access to main roads in the Snowy Mountains. Four bedrooms offer three queen bedrooms (one queen can be split into two singles on request at time of booking), one with two bunks and all with electric heating.

The open living is very spacious with room to cook, dine and lounge all while socialising as a group. Full kitchen facilities with dishwasher and microwave as well as a BBQ out on the balcony. Lounge has a flat screen TV, plus gas log fire, and two bathrooms over two levels, one with spa bath.

Downstairs there is a laundry has washing machine, dryer, separate dry room and double lock up garage with internal access.

This property was a great base for a weekend on the snow for 5 adults and 4 kids. It was warm, comfortable and had everything we needed!

Affordable but not perfect

This property was very affordable and well situated. Right in Jindabyne, walking distance from Jindabyne Brewery and a short drive away from the centre of town. The insulation and heating is very effective, but the driveway is so steep you can easily scrape your car. We were provided the bare minimum of bin bags, toilet paper and dishwasher tablets. The bin bags were too flimsy to hold a full bin -- we had to transfer the rubbish into our own bin bag to stop it spilling everywhere.

Spacious living and dining with nice lake view

Spacious living and dining area with nice lake view. Good size bedrooms for couples and families. Upstairs bathroom shower drainage needs to be cleanout due to slow draining, all other amenities are in reasonably good conditions

Our recent stay in Jindabyne was nothing short of excellent, especially thanks to the wonderful house we rented. Nestled on a quiet street with stunning views of Lake Jindabyne, the house was a perfect blend of cozy comfort and modern amenities. The spacious living area, with its large windows and fireplace, provided a warm and inviting atmosphere that was perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring.

Stay during winter season

The place is pretty good is general. Pros: Spacious parking space Clean and tidy Great kitchen and amenities. Cons No clear instructions on heater operation. Dry room way too small for 10 people snow gear and dry room not functioning well.

Not worth for money

The place was nice and tidy and warm. Complaint I have are replenishment of coffee, tea bags and sugar sachets. We stayed for 2 nights (paid $3160) and received these just sufficient to last for one time. Also, there were no spare bin bags to replace in the dustbins. We had to use our grocery plastic bags to sort the garbage. I am pretty sure they donot cost much, but will go a long way if the customer needs are cared for. After a long tired cold day at snowy, need a comfy coffee & bins sorted

Fantastic Property with Nice Lake View

The property was very neat and clean. The whole process was smooth, getting keys, location accessibility, returning keys, etc. I wish there could be a Wi-Fi, but it was good in other ways as kids were not watching much TV then.

Key collection was quick and easy and we had no problems finding or accessing the property. Everything was clean and tidy, and the view from the deck was wonderful. Plenty of space inside, and the close proximity to Jinderbyne Brewing was an added bonus! We had a great stay and would happily come back for future holidays.
