Aviemore 4 is a great two bedroom apartment with a large main bathroom and ensuite from the second bedroom. With amazing lake and mountain views from the dining area and front veranda. The newly renovated apartment offers open plan living/dining area with wood fireplace, reverse cycle air conditioning and electric heating in the bedrooms. There are two secure allocated parking spaces in the garage area below the apartments and access to the property is via stairs at the back of the garage. Plus a separate shared laundry and drying room accessible from the garage.
There is no Wi-Fi provided for this property. Wood is not supplied for the fireplace.
Full linen and bedding includes sheets, doonas, pillows, one towel per person, tea towels for the kitchen, bathmats etc. Smoking is not permitted at any Accommodation Jindabyne properties.
