    • Touchscreen to select function – use Home to navigate
    • Scroll up and down to select function and move finger around to increase/decrease heat
    • Press start/stop
    • Hold and press key button for child lock

• Bosch Induction Stove Top
  • To use:
    • Ensure RANGE switch is on, on the left hand side of the cook top
    • Touch screen
    • Press power button to light up all areas
    • Select section to heat and use buttons on the bottom row to desired heat
    • Use PowerBoost button to heat quickly to the highest setting

UNIT

    • Touchscreen to select cycle
    • Press start

  • To use:
    • Press to pop out dial on the right hand side, twist to control temperature
    • Press to pop out dial on the left hand side, twist to set function
    • Use middle buttons and display screen to set timer

  • To use:
    • Ensure RANGE switch is on, on the left hand side of the cook top
    • Touch screen
    • Press power button to turn on
    • Select section to heat and use +/- buttons to set heat
    • Use Boost button to heat quickly to the highest setting
    • Hold and press key button to enable /disable childlock

Living Rooms

• Samsung Smart TV – use home to navigate between Live TV and streaming APPS

Bedroom TV’s

• Hisense Smart Tv’s – use home to navigate between Live TV and streaming APPS

Bathrooms

• Ensuite upstairs with rain shower head and detachable shower head, underfloor heating, heated towel rails, toilet and vanity
• Main bathroom upstairs and with bath tub, shower with rain shower head and detachable shower head, underfloor heating, heated towel rails, toilet and vanity
• Downstairs bathroom with rain shower head and detachable shower head, underfloor heating, heated towel rails, toilet and vanity
• Separate toilet and vanity upstairs

LAUNDRY

• Fisher & Paykel Washing Machine
  • To use:
    • Press power button
    • Use dial to select cycle
    • Use buttons to adjust temperature and spin speed if required
    • Press start

• Fisher & Paykel Dryer
  • To use:
    • Press power button
    • Use buttons to select desired setting and adjust temperature if desired
    • Press start

DRYING ROOM

Boot racks and a wall mounted heater in the shared laundry area.

• Rinnai heater
  • Use switch on the wall above light switches to start
  • Use buttons on top right of machine to adjust temperature

Spa Rules

• • Children must be under supervision at all times
  • No glass
  • Use exhaust fan
  • Open doors if there is excess condensation
  • Swimming clothes must be worn
  • No food and drinks
  • Dry yourself before entering the house
  • Put back the cover after use
  • No bath bombs or liquid bubbles 
  • Any damages will be charged

To Use

• The A & B buttons will turn on jets and bubbles
• Up & Down arrows control temperature
• Please ensure you use exhaust fan
• Please return the cover when finished using

Gas BBQ on Balcony connected to natural gas.

The BBQ needs to be cleaned after each stay or additional charges may be present.

Parking/Garage (boat/cars)

• Double garage plus 2 additional parking spaces on the driveway
• EV charge in the garage
  • EV charger is 10kw charger and just plug and charge. To unplug, eject from the car.
• Ski Racks along wall

Stairs to access

Approx. 14 stairs from ground level to upstairs.

Garbage

• Collection every Friday morning
• Red wheelie bins will be put out by guest

Recycling 

• Pick up every 2nd Monday morning
• Yellow wheelie bins will be put out by guest
• Watch the neighbours for guidance

If your bins are full prior to collection day, please contact our office on 02 6456 2216.

Please ensure all garbage is taken out to bins provided upon departure to avoid any excess cleaning charges.
