Unique among the Accommodation Jindabyne properties, Horizons 501 is a rare studio apartment designed from the ground up for less-mobile guests. With an expanded garage directly next to the front door with plenty of space for wheelchairs, the doorways within the apartment are wider than the standard size and there are no steps on approach or within the apartment, access to the balcony requires stepping over the sliding door tracks. In addition, the bathroom features support rails on the walls in the shower and around the amenities, with flat-floor access into the shower stall.
A versatile corner apartment with two balconies for light and a cool breeze, Horizons 501 also features reverse-cycle air-conditioning, a TV, and sofa bed in the lounge space and king bed in the alcove (which can be made into two singles by request at time of booking).

As advertised - compact studio with easy access
Kate H - 11th July 2022Very compact studio. Well appointed but very small for 4 people - even 2 adult and 2 children. The beds especially the mattress for the sofa bed definitely need replacing. Also the apartment closest to the road, so some road noise especially with ski traffic.

Accurate description
James F - 10th August 2021The information and phots would have you believe you will get use of the facilities at Rydges but you will not so ignore the photo of the swimming pool. This is very overpriced and the unit is next to the road so sitting on the balcony is noisy. Very disappointed at over $400 per night.
Good location, very close to the shopping center
