Nice house for a snow trip
Tenielle M - 28th August 2024The house was presented well, and very clean. The space was used well and comfortable for 5 people for a week. Fairly well located with a short walk to the town. Only downside was we booked through Booking.com.au which stated that the house had 3 bathrooms which was the main reason we booked so each couple had their own bathroom but in actual fact it was 2.5 bathrooms. So Booking.com.au has their information incorrect. And the driveway is a bit narrow and you need to reverse out.
Thank you Tenielle for you review! So glad your group enjoyed this space, sorry about booking.com, we will try to make this more clear. Remember if you come back to book direct - you will save over 15% on your booking! We hope to have you back again soon.
Perfect skiing home
Sarah Q - 23rd August 2024Great location, nice and clean.
Thank you Sarah for your review! We love hearing our guests enjoyed their time with us. Us and the owners would love to have you back again in the future.
Very comfortable & warm accommodation
Sharon C - 27th July 2024This home had everything we needed for a great week at the snow. Plenty of space, great heating & fully equipped kitchen made it a great place to return to each night from Perisher.
Thank you Sharon for your review, so glad you enjoyed your stay. We hope to welcome you back again soon.
7 out of 10
Linda D - 22nd July 2023The house is modern and comfortable. There was a broken lamp in the main bedroom. We had to use an extension cord to run the dishwasher - a note should have advised of this. There was no schedule of rubbish and recycle pick up days- we googled this info. The upstairs toilet was very dirty. The outside clothes line is extremely high - impossible for the average height person to use. Otherwise all good.
Hi Linda, Thank you for your feedback and we apologise that your stay did not go as expected. We have addressed these issues regarding the dishwasher and please remember we are only ever a phone call away and are more than happy to assist where we can during your stay! We organise the bin collections, we pop over on a Thursday to put them on the street and then again on the Friday to pop them away. Sometimes they are filled quickly from previous guests and we try our best to keep an eye on it so you have space for your own rubbish - again we are more than happy to assist during your stay and remove excess rubbish. We are happy you enjoyed your stay overall and we hope to see you again for your next stay, Kind regards, Accommodation Jindabyne
