An open-plan living area includes dining table and a modern, recently renovated kitchen. The three bedrooms are cosy, with room for two in bedrooms 1 and 2, and a bunk bed and single in the other. Families with children or groups of friends coming together will feel right at home here.
There is one bathroom with a bath, a separate toilet, and combined laundry and storage space - it is a simple and straightforward space which includes all the essentials like Wifi, a TV with Fetch box, dishwasher and microwave.
With easy access to the oval, lake, shopping centre and public amenities, and about 40 minutes’ drive from the ski resorts, Sunrise 19 is the perfect home away from home during your next Snowy Mountains adventure.

Great apartment but freezing bathroom area
Igor Green - 10th July 2023The apartment was nice and roomy, however the bathroom and toilet areas are freezing as the top of the windows are a wire mesh with no glass and no heating in those areas. The front security door has large holes throughout the mesh which you can cut your hands on and makes the security door useless.
