Perfect location.... The bus stop to Perisher is only 50m away. Restaurants, Bars and shops are a 5min stroll or 1min drive. The street and neighbour were whisper quiet during our stay. Extreamly easy access to the apartment, approx 5meters from the car boot, the apartment is functional, warm and clean. Overall the most user friendly stay I have come across in a while.... Amazingly everything we wanted (planned or last min) was there and easy to access.

You can really hear everything from upstairs’ guests. Their normal chit chats, chairs being dragged and moved around, dishwashing, water from sink, everything. The guests on the other unit had tried their best to be as discreet as possible but the home is just not good enough to provide a good decent sound proofing for unit number 2. There was also wind chill from the windows, we had to move our pillows arrangements, so that our feet would be close to the windows.

Good location and good space for 4, heater and shower curtain could do with an upgrade and also there was a terrible smell in the place as soon as we walked in that didn't ease up.
