A reminder that check-in is from 4 pm and check-out is 10 am. Either from The Base Ski Hire during the winter season or Jindabyne Real Estate over the remainder of the year.

Fuse Box: Located underneath the stairs on the lower level.

Meter Box: Located on right hand side wall of building.

Water Mains: Located in front of property to right hand side of building.

If you are having repeated issues with circuits tripping they may be overloaded.

Heating and Hot Water

Heating

  • Electric fireplace in the living area
    • To use:
      • Can be controlled on the unit itself or the remote
      • Temperature and fan are adjustable
  • Electric heaters in the bedrooms and in hallway under the stairs
  • Underfloor heating in bathroom
    • Is set at beginning of winter and cannot be adjusted
  • Ceiling fan/ light remote main bedroom

Hot Water

  • An electric hot water system is located underneath the house

The kitchen is stocked with all the basic amenities such as

  • Cutlery drawer to right hand side of hot plates – hidden/ discrete drawer
  • Mugs/ glasses in hidden/discrete drawer right hand side of sink

  • Fridge/ freezer in cupboard left of dishwasher
  • Lavazzaa coffee machine:
    • Lavazza Pods only – can be purchased at Woolworths if you run out
    • Move stainless steel handle back to open
    • Pull back to the front to close
    • Small button on top to start
  • Water filter for drinking water in laundry sink

      • Large button on right hand side to open door
      • Use +/- buttons to add time
      • Diamond button on right is start
      • Next button is defrost made
      • Wavy button on left is wattage ( 160, 350, 500, 750)
      • Circle triangle button on very left is STOP
  • Boost Induction stove
    • Switch needs to be turned on at wall, located on wall in corner
    • Cookware must be on element to heat
    • To use:
      • Press and hold lock button to lock/ unlock
      • Press on button
      • Use +/- buttons to operate desired element
      • Use +/- button in the middle for a timer
  • IKEA Oven
    • To use:
      • Push dials to pop them out
      • Lift rubber stopper on the right hand side to open door
      • Use dials to adjust as desired
        • Dial on left is mode
        • Dial on right is temperature
        • Touchscreen buttons control Timer with +/- , light, back and ok

Television

  • Samsung Smart TV with streaming apps and regular channels
    • Please remember to sign out of your account when you leave

Google Home

  • Connected to Wi-Fi
  • Can speak to google by saying “Hey Google” and ask for information
    • Please play radio station ‘Snow FM’
    • What is the weather today?

 

Bathrooms

  • The main bathroom has a standalone shower and a toilet located downstairs
    • Heated towel rail need to be turned on/off at the wall and on the towel rail itself
    • Underfloor heating in bathroom
      • Is set at beginning of winter and cannot be adjusted
  • Living area upstairs has a separate toilet

Laundry

  • Beko Washing Machine
    • To use:
      • Press the on/off button
      • Use the dial to select desired cycle
      • Press the start button
  • Simpson Dryer
    • Standard operation: Use the dial to select a drying time, close the door, and press the button to start
    • Please note: if the dryer doesn’t start automatically, please open the door and spin the barrel to balance and try again
  • Water filter for drinking water in laundry sink

BBQ located on the balcony which overlooks Pooh Bay.

The BBQ needs to be cleaned after each stay or additional charges may apply.

If you run out of gas during your stay, please call us within business hours and we can provide a replacement. If after hours, please swap it over at Mitre 10 or a service station and we will reimburse you the cost, simply email a receipt to info@jre.net.au and your bank details and we can process the refund.

Parking/Garage (boat/cars)

  • 2 off-street carport spaces

Stairs to access

  • 4 stairs from the carport to the entry
  • 10 stairs from the entry to the upper level
  • 4 stairs from the entry to lower level

Garbage

  • Collection Friday morning
  • Red wheelie bins to be put out by guests

Recycling collection

  • Pick up every 2nd Monday morning
  • Yellow wheelie bins will be put out by guests
  • Watch the neighbours

If your bins are full prior to collection day, please contact our office on 02 6456 2216.

Please ensure all garbage is taken out to bins provided upon departure to avoid any excess cleaning charges.
