A reminder that check-in is from 4 pm and check-out is 10 am. Either from The Base Ski Hire during the winter season or Jindabyne Real Estate over the remainder of the year.

Utilities

Fuse Box: Located in the laundry under the stairs

Meter Box: Located on the external wall, right of the front door

Water Mains: One green box located next to gas bottles and another at bottom of driveway

Gas Bottles: Located on parking side of building near the front door

If you are having repeated issues with circuits tripping they may be overloaded.

Heating and Hot Water

Heating

  • Gas fireplace in the lounge
    • A remote and timer switch is on the wall to the right, heater is on a 4 hour timer
  • Electric wall heaters in the bedroom
  • Downstairs heaters are all on timers and will not turn on between 10 am-4 pm

Hot Water

  • Instant gas hot water system located on external wall to right of entrance door

Amenities

Kitchen

The kitchen is stocked with all the basic amenities such as

  • Microwave
  • Kettle
  • Toaster
  • Delonghi pod coffee machine with milk frother

Appliances

  • Haier Dishwasher
    • To use: open the door, select a program, press the start button, and close the door
  • IKEA Electric Oven
    • To use:
      • Dial on the left to select mode
      • Toggle the dial on the right for temperature +/-
      • Use +/- in the middle screen to set timer
  • IKEA 4 Burner Gas Stove Top
    • To use:
      • Press down the dial and turn to the temperature; the stove top will self-ignite

Television/DVD

  • The mirror above the fireplace is the TV
    • Use the remote to operate
    • The sensor for the TV is located under the DVD player to the right
  • Samsung Blu-ray player
  • To watch DVD: On the TV remote press source and select HDMI

Audio

  • Sony Stereo

2 Bathrooms

  • The main bathroom downstairs has a shower, vanity and a toilet
  • An ensuite is downstairs with a shower, vanity and a toilet

Laundry

  • Electrolux Washer / Dryer
    • To use:
      • Turn the dial to the cycle
      • Press start

Balcony off living area with small BBQ and uninterrupted lake views

The BBQ needs to be cleaned after each stay or additional charges may apply.

If you run out of gas during your stay, please call us within business hours and we can provide a replacement. If after hours, please swap it over at Mitre 10 or a service station and we will reimburse you the cost, simply email a receipt to info@jre.net.au and your bank details and we can process the refund.

 

Drying Area/Storage

  • There is a lockable ski/bike storage shed located in your car parking space, use the front door key to access

Parking/Garage (boat/cars)

  • 2 off-street parking spots up a steep driveway

Stairs to access

  • 13 carpeted stairs from entrance to the first level
  • 16 wooden stairs to the living/kitchen area

Garbage

  • Collection Friday morning
  • Red wheelie bins will be put out by strata

Recycling

  • Pick up every 2nd Monday morning
  • Yellow wheelie bins will be put out by strata

If your bins are full prior to collection day, please contact our office on 02 6456 2216.

Please ensure all garbage is taken out to the bins provided for unit 3 upon departure to avoid any excess cleaning charges.
