A reminder that check-in is from 4 pm and check-out is 10 am. Either from The Base Ski Hire during the winter season or Jindabyne Real Estate over the remainder of the year.

Meter Box: Located on the front wall between unit 1 & 2

Water Mains: Located in the front terraced garden on the right hand side, mid way up the hill

If you are having repeated issues with circuits tripping they may be overloaded.

  • Norlot electric heaters wall mounted in both bedrooms and the loungeroom

Electric hot water tank is located in the garage

    • To use:
      • Hold power to turn on
      • Select program with the buttons on the right
      • Use left buttons to control cycle options
      • Press play to start
  • OMEGA Oven
    • To use:
      • Use dials to select temperature and function
      • Press +/- buttons to set timer
      • Timer must be on for oven to work
  • OMEGA Stove Top
    • Standard operation: Turn dials for hot desired element to control heat

Television/DVD

Living:

  • Linden TV with regular channels
    • Select source as DTV for channels
  • Laser DVD player
    • Use source to HDMI 1 to use DVD

Main bedroom:

  • Wall mounted Samsung smart TV with regular channels, HDMI ports and streaming apps (no wifi)
    • Use home button to navigate between regular TV channels and HDMI

Bathrooms

  • Renovated bathroom with a shower, toilet, and a vanity
  • Extra toilet in the laundry in the garage

Laundry – located in garage

  • MEC Washing Machine
    • To use:
      • Press power
      • Select program, temperature, water level and spin settings
      • Press start
  • Electrolux Dryer
    • To use:
      • Press on/off button
      • Use up and down arrows to select cycle, temperature, and time
      • Close door and push in button
      • Press start

Parking/Garage (boat/cars)

  • Double garage with remote access and 2m clearance
  • No parking available outside garage on common ground as it block other unit access
  • Steep driveway

Stairs to access

  • 17 stairs from the ground level of the garage to the entrance

Garbage

  • Collection Friday morning
  • Red wheelie bins to be put out by strata

Recycling

  • Pick up every 2nd Monday morning
  • Yellow wheelie bins to be put out by strata

If your bins are full prior to collection day, please contact our office on 02 6456 2216.

Please ensure all garbage is taken out to bins provided upon departure to avoid any excess cleaning charges.
