A reminder that check-in is from 4 pm and check-out is 10 am. Either from The Base Ski Hire during the winter season or Jindabyne Real Estate over the remainder of the year.

Water Mains – Located to the left hand side of the driveway, in front of 34A

If you are having repeated issues with circuits tripping they may be overloaded.

Heating and Hot Water

Heating

  • Reverse cycle in living
  • ceiling fan in bed 1 with remote for fan and light (Down lights not controlled by remote)
  • hard wired heated towel rails in bathrooms – middle button on PowerPoint? Timer?
  • needs bedroom heaters

Gas hot water

  •  located on right hand side of property, access through the back door into backyard or from the small gate to the left of the locked garden shed in carport

The kitchen is stocked with all the basic amenities such as

stove top: gas – hold down and twist knob to ignite

artusi oven: use dials for function, temperature and timer. Timer does not have to be on to startheat

  • Sony smart tv in living with regular channels, streaming apps, av, hdmi and usb ports. Use input to navigate
  • bed 1: Polaroid smart tv with regular channels, chrome cast, hdmi and usb ports. Use source to navigate

Bathrooms

  • Main bathroom has bath rub, shower, a toilet and heated towel rail
  •  ensuite has shower, toilet and a heater towel rail

Washing Machine 

  • F&p front loader – press power button, use dial to select cycle, use buttons to set water level & temp if desired, press start

dryer

f&p – use dial for dry time, close door to start automatically

Backyard with outdoor seating area – please note back yard is shared with neighbour, please be respectful 

Parking/Garage (boat/cars)

  • 1 carport space – height clearance 2.5m + ( short, has locked owners garden shed in carport)
