A reminder that check-in is from 4 pm and check-out is 10 am. Either from The Base Ski Hire during the winter season or Jindabyne Real Estate over the remainder of the year.

Meter Box – located on the right-hand side of the house

Water Mains –

Gas Bottles – cooking gas is located on the left hand side of property, heating and hot water gas bottles are located on the right hand side of the property

If you are having repeated issues with circuits tripping they may be overloaded.

Heating

  • Hydronic heating in the upstairs bedrooms
  • hydronic under floor heating throughout the downstairs section of the house
  • electric heater located in bedroom 1

  • Wall heaters
    • PLEASE DO NOT TURN WALL HEATERS ABOVE 3

Please do not touch the thermostat next door to the boiler room. This runs on diesel and will affect your heating throughout

 

Hot Water: Gas hot water located on the right hand side of property. Hot water system located in locked cupboard off the rumpus room

    • To use: press on button, use arrow button to select cycle then press start

    • To use: use the dials for upper or lower oven to select the setting, then turn the dial to the temperature
    • use touch buttons in the middle and display screen to select timer

    • Gas Cook Top
    • To use: use dials, hold and twist to ignite

Television/DVD

  • Samsung TV wall mounted in the dining area with regular channels, usb hdmi and av
  • use source button to navigate
  • TCL TV and Samsung DVD Player in the second living area with regular channels and Av input
    • To watch DVD: on the TV remote press source, then select AV
  • Hisense Smart TV and Samsung Blu-Ray Player in the main lounge area
    • Use input to navigate between hdmi, usb, regular channels and streaming apps

  • Sony Surround Sound System in the main lounge area connected to the tv

  • Downstairs bathroom with shower
  • Bedroom off second lounge area ensuite with shower
  • Upstairs right-hand side ensuite with shower over triangle spa bath
  • Main bathroom upstairs with shower and bath

Laundry

  • Electrolux Washing Machine
    • To use: press the power button (middle of the dial), then turn the dial to cycle and press start.
  • Fisher & Paykel Dryer
    • To use: press the power button, turn the dial to the cycle, select temperature / drying level and press the start button

Linen

  • The linen for the fold-out sofas are inside the couch
  • The trundle bed linen for is kept in the cupboard at the top of the stairs

BBQ

  • 4 burner gas BBQ and log fire bbq located in the back yard, plenty of space for outdoor entertaining

The BBQ needs to be cleaned after each stay or additional charges may be present.

If you run out of gas during your stay, we can replace it during the day. If after hours we can reimburse you the cost of swapping it. Just email a receipt to info@jre.net.au and your bank details and we can process it.

Parking/Garage (boat/cars)

  • Off-street parking, not covered. Plenty of space for multiple cars
  • dirt road to property – driveway may be pot holey due to weather?

Stairs (to property and inside property)

  • None to the entrance of the property
  • 15 carpeted stairs to the upstairs level

Garbage

  • Rubbish collection on a weekly basis by private contractor
  • Please use large bin at the front of the house
    • The key is on your key tag
  • Please let Accommodation Jindabyne/Jindabyne Real Estate know if bins are full and we can have the collected
