A reminder that check-in is from 4 pm and check-out is 10 am. Either from The Base Ski Hire during the winter season or Jindabyne Real Estate over the remainder of the year.

Meter Box: Located on right hand side of building, right of unit # 5

Water Mains: Located in rosemary bush to the left of the front door

Gas Bottles: Located on the left hand side of building, left of unit #3

If you are having repeated issues with circuits tripping they may be overloaded.

  • Bedrooms have new wall mounted panel heaters on 4 hour timers

  • Colum heater on 4 hour timer in dry room

The kitchen is stocked with all the basic amenities such as

    • Timer does not have to be on to start heating

    • Standard operation: Twist and hold down desired element dial to ignite

    • To use:
      • Press on button
      • Use buttons to select desired cycle and dishwasher will start


  • Hisense wall mounted TV in living room with regular channels, HDMI, AV and streaming apps
    • Use input to navigate
  • Smart TV in downstairs bedroom


  • Main bathroom upstairs has a shower, bathtub, vanity and toilet
    • Please note the Spa bath is not operational
  • Bathroom downstairs has shower, vanity and toilet

    • To use:

      • Use dial to select cycle
      • Use buttons to adjust temperature, rinse and spin if required
      • Press start

Drying Room

  • Dry room located downstairs with shelf and hanging space
  • Electric heater on 4 hour timer

Balcony off living are with BBQ

The BBQ needs to be cleaned after each stay or additional charges may apply.

If you run out of gas during your stay, please call us within business hours and we can provide a replacement. If after hours, please swap it over at Mitre 10 or a service station and we will reimburse you the cost, simply email a receipt to info@jre.net.au and your bank details and we can process the refund.

  • 15 Stairs from lower to upper level

Located at the front left hand side entrance in enclosure


  • Collection Friday morning
  • Red wheelie bins to be put out by strata


  • Pick up every 2nd Monday morning
  • Yellow wheelie bins to be put out by strata

If your bins are full prior to collection day, please contact our office on 02 6456 2216.

Please ensure all garbage is taken out to bins provided upon departure to avoid any excess cleaning charges.
