A reminder that check-in is from 4 pm and check-out is 10 am. Either from The Base Ski Hire during the winter season or Jindabyne Real Estate over the remainder of the year.

Fuse Box: No internal fuse box.
Meter Box: Located to left of house before side gate.
Water Mains: Located in front garden.
Gas Bottles: Located in bin nook at front of property.
If you are having repeated issues with circuits tripping they may be overloaded.

- Press power button till light illuminates green
- Use up and down arrows to control temperature
- Fan button then up and down buttons to adjust fan speed
- Top left button to select desired mode
- Underfloor Heating (bathrooms)
- All under floor heating is set to a program – please do not attempt to adjust this.

If your bins are full prior to collection day, please contact our office on 02 6456 2216.
Please ensure all garbage is taken out to bins provided upon departure to avoid any excess cleaning charges.
