Lake Pines 2 is a hidden gem located in close proximity to lake access, bike trails and waking distance to the town centre. Recently renovated with new kitchen, brand new ensuite and main bathroom also new living room flooring it is perfect for any summer or winter stay.

The kitchen, dining and loungeroom is open plan and features a smart TV, Wi-Fi, gas heating, dishwasher and new appliances including coffee machine with complimentary coffee pods. The bedrooms are all good-sized rooms with electric heating and USB power points. The main bedroom has a queen bed and renovated ensuite, bedroom two has a set of bunks and a tri-bunk with a TV with Nintendo Wii and bedroom three is located downstairs with a queen bed.

The main bathroom is upstairs and doubles as the laundry, with a powder room downstairs with a toilet for your convenience.

At the rear of the property, there is a secure double garage for parking and/or equipment storage plus an additional outdoor off street parking spot.

Nice and tidy

Accomodation was nice and tidy. Wasn’t thoroughly cleaned before we arrived as cobwebs in bathrooms, clean socks were dirty after walking on the floors and empty water bottles under the lounge. Couldn’t use 2 showers at once as the water pressure was crap. Heating in rooms was average compared to main living area. Height of the garage should be mentioned in the advertising as it’s quite low so only 1 out of 3 cars could fit. All in all fair price for what we got
