Lake Pines 2 is a recently renovated spacious 3 bedroom gem located on Cobbon Crescent, close to a lake access point and only a short stroll from shops & restaurants. Ideal for your winter or summer holiday this property sleeps up to 9 comfortably suiting both larger groups or families. The living area opens up to the brand new kitchen which has views of the lake, a smart TV, and gas heating. All appliances in the kitchen are new with the bonus of having a dishwasher! The rooms are well-sized and all have electric heating with the main bedroom upstairs featuring a queen bed with its own ensuite and lake views, the second bedroom has a tri-bunk and set of single bunks with a TV connected to a Nintendo Wii, perfect for the kids. The third room is downstairs with a queen bed, with all bedrooms having UBS powerpoints for added convenience. The main bathroom upstairs has also been updated and is spacious and combined with the laundry which has a washer & dryer. There is also a separate toilet under the stairs. The front door is a keypad (keys still need to be collected from the office).
The property is family-friendly and has a porta-cot (linen not provided) and high chair. Plenty of parking with the secure double lock up garage (ideal for storing bikes and skis) and another off-street parking space.
